Our core beliefs and most important values

Our Philosophy

Everyone deserves to live their lives with the benefits of above. That’s why our goal is the same as yours: Your Good Health!

Our Mission

We are dedicated to creating a culture that understands that the maintenance of health is superior to the treatment of disease.

About Me

I’ve always had a love for being active.

Throughout my life I competed successfully as an athlete in a variety of sports. This experience in coordinating and training my body gave me a unique perspective, allowing me to visualize how the body functions. My passion for health and fitness drove me to learn more about the body and how it moves.

After enrolling at Dalhousie University for a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) injuries started to catch up to me. Seeing a steady decline in my physical condition I searched for help and answers to my problem. I studied diligently towards a better understanding of the structure of the body and how it functioned. Through these challenges I learned to use my knowledge of the body and exercise to help correct muscle imbalances and weak points.

After graduation I found myself training people with a variety of different ailments. With a goal of balancing muscle groups, I applied kinesiology and exercise to improve the lives of many people. It was here that I knew I needed to continue on this path of rehabilitation. Osteopathy was the perfect fit! It used my understanding of anatomy and human movement as a foundation for treating bodies that were not functioning as they should. Mobilizing the body with my hands, stabilizing, and strengthening through specialized exercises. I am very excited to continue helping people feel better and to live in Digby!

I’d love to hear from you.
